Product Description

     Membrane filter press is a filter press with an elastic membrane installed between the filter plates. During the working process, when the feeding is finished, the high-pressure water is injected into the diaphragm plate, and the whole diaphragm will bulge up to press the filter cake, thereby realizing the secondary extrusion dehydration of the filter cake, which can greatly improve the dryness of the filter cake.

1. Membrance filter press adopts TPE diaphragm technology, which has long service life, good stability and good versatility, and is suitable for various industries. Using water pressure or air pressure pressing, the pressure can reach 0.8-2.0MPa.

2. Variable filter chamber technology greatly improves production efficiency and reduces water content in the application of solid-liquid separation in chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries.
