Working principle

Suspension material is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter machine. Under pressure, the filtrate penetrates the filter layer and filter cloth and is discharged through the filter cloth outlet, and the filter residue is left in the filter frame to form a filter cake, thereby achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Operation Specification
1. Before using the stainless steel plate and frame filter, inject water for disinfection.
2. Wet the filter material with distilled water and paste it on the screen, and then press the top plate tightly.
3. Fill the pump with liquid before starting, then close the liquid inlet pump, then start, gradually open the liquid valve, and open the exhaust valve to discharge the air in the machine.
4. When closing, close the liquid inlet valve first, and then shut it down to prevent the sudden stop of liquid backflow from damaging the filter material
