The specific gravity difference of the solution is generated by gravity and solubility, and the dissolved and undissolved parts are automatically separated, and then stirred by a low-speed stirrer to improve the uniformity of the solution.

After the water quality detection, the control system will calculate and analyze according to the set target value and the real-time data provided by the sensor to make a control decision to judge whether it is necessary to add medicine and the type and amount of medicine to be added.
After the control decision is over, the control system begins to issue instructions to the corresponding chemical storage tank and start the corresponding dosing pump. The dosing pump water to be treated through the pipeline system to add The flow rate and time of the drug pump will be adjusted according to the instructions of the control system.
After the medicament is added, the water body of the medicament is mixed and dispersed by a stirring device or other mixing devices to ensure that the medicament is fully and evenly distributed throughout the system. The device continuously monitors water quality parameters and feeds the data back to the control system in real time.
The operation of the dosing pump is adjusted according to the feedback data system to ensure that the water quality reaches the set target value and the process is a closed-loop control, which continuously optimizes and adjusts the dosing process. The last link is the operation monitoring record. The device will record important data such as the amount of medicine added during operation, water quality parameters and operation logs for analysis reports and audits of follow-up work.
