Z94-C series Wire Nail Making Machine is the most widely used nail machines nowdays, it can make 1-6 inch nails with different models.  It adopts a plunger structure, driven by 3 phase electric motor and is equipped with auto oil pipe lubrication. The length and thickness of the nails are adjustable.

 

Wire Nail Making Process

First, make nails by using nail making machine; then polish the nails by using polish machine to get the finished nails bright and good looking, lastly, you can packed in carton or bags by hand. However, you can also draw the wire as you require by using wire drawing machine by yourself.
