Collated Screw Drywall Assembly Machine
The collated screw drywall nail is composed of plastic chain belt and screws. The chain belt is 54cm long and has 54 holes evenly distributed. Assemble 50 screws into the 50 holes of the plastic chain belt, and leave two holes on each side to form the chain belt screws. Collated screw drywall nails are widely used in construction and decoration, woodworking, furniture and other industries.

This machine adopts servo drive, PCL control, human-machine interface interaction, which effectively improves assembly accuracy and assembly speed (up to 800 screws per minute, about 16 multi-chain screws)
